The Accounts Payable Clerk performs multiple tasks within the accounting department by performing the following duties.

Checks and approves all vouchers forPrepares invoice deduction notices, asAudits freight bills against freightAnswers all vendorAnalyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash isPrepares accounts payablePrints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payablePrepares analysis of accounts, asAssists in weekly and monthlyAssists with special projects, asTypes data plates and packs forEnters payments received onPrepare state reports for allInvoice homes and send Certificate of Origin forMonitors floor plan interest and drywallCompletes tax exemption certificates, asOrders office Supplies as needed.
