The Facility Technician will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of equipment, monitoring of cold storage systems, support of Mediatech production systems and facility projects support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESo Familiar with cGMP and QOP requirements.
o EHS experience desired.
o Understands that safety is number one priority at Mediatech.
o Able to observe unsafe conditions and report to Plant EHS Manager.
o Forklift operator knowledge - certifiableo Performs on-call emergency service as required.
o Diagnoses and troubleshooting HVAC desired.
o Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on equipment, cold storage systems to the Plant Engineering Manager.
o Moves heavy objects as requested.
o Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
o May assist Plant Engineering Manager in assigning service requests.
o Maintains open communication with Plant Engineering Manager.
o Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
o Assists other staff members as needed.
o Electrical / plumbing and general construction knowledge desired.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIESo Assist with warehouse and shipping support as requiredo Special assignments as requiredJob Qualificationso Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED experience/education as substitute for minimum educationo Preferred Education:
