We are seeking an eager to learn candidate interested in building a challenging and rewarding career in IT. This is an entry level role in which you will learn to provide both help desk and hands-on technical support while starting you on a great career path!

This is the perfect role for someone who has minimal experience in a desktop support role but has an interest and technical aptitude. You will be trained for what is needed in this position. The combination of help desk support and hands-on technical work with equipment will give you a broad foundation on which to build your career. Qualifications:
Desktop support experience
Certifications are a huge plus and can be in place of experience
Knowledge of networks and servers
General IT support/desktop support knowledge
A passion for the IT industry

Job Responsibilities:
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of a team of IT professionals who provide PC hardware and software support for various clients. This will provide you with the opportunity to learn and work with a variety of equipment and issues including desktops, laptops, network connectivity, Windows software, and much more. In addition, you will also be assigned special projects in which you will get to research new technology and solve more complex problems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
