-Under direction from the Executive VP of Sales, sells a variety of personal insurance lines to clients; develops leads and makes sales presentations; reviews existing insured's needs and obtains renewals; and completes the paperwork necessary for completion of the transaction.
-Analyzes strengths, weaknesses, and risk for clients.
-Works with assigned Customer Service Representative to ensure good service for the client and assists with answering questions for the client.
-Produces personal lines insurance sales in the following areas:
Personal liability, Fire and casualty, Auto, Homeowners and flood.
-This candidate must be able to work independently with little direct supervision.
The following are requirements for the job:
-Must possess and active P&C license with the state of California.
-Must have a valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
-At least 4 years of experience required.
-Experience in an independent agency is preferred.
-Degree from an accredited college preferred.
This job requires office work and travel to meet with clients.
