We are looking for a Marketing Analyst that will take a leading role in manipulating and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations based on market research.
This position is responsible for the general online implementation, maintenance, and coordination of Yolo FCU marketing plans, goals, and brand image.
As the Marketing Analyst, your role will encompass the following areas:
maintenance and management of digital channels and paid media, content development and strategy, digital member experience, and marketing data and segmentation.
Potential remote work capabilities available based on employee eligibility following a probationary period.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Integrates all digital and mobile marketing initiatives into overall marketing campaigns.
Coordinates implementation of digital marketing programs (including SEO, digital display ads, and paid search).
Oversees website content, blog, and microsites and develops website and digital marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign results, KPIs, and make strategy recommendations.
Independently manage marketing strategies to meet corporate goals and initiatives.
Provides ongoing digital media metric and brand management reports.
Maintains knowledge of marketing data mining functions to produce timely and accurate information; collects and analyzes trends and data for strategy recommendations and create processes for automation of data.
Ability to fully execute website and digital marketing strategies that support lead generation.
Assists in the establishment of marketing plans and programs to ensure share of market, growth and expansion of products and services, and profitability.
Provides information from the MCIF and/or works with other departments/vendors to retrieve, review, analyze and communicate key data, results, trends and providing market share data and analysis.
Acts as key resource to support market research efforts.
This may include running reports and analyzing data to make recommendations.
Resources include MCIF, CU Analyst, Revelations, Callahan, or other sources that include economic or competitor data, member surveys, focus groups or other quantitative and qualitative research needed by the organization.

Qualifications:
Is an articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Has a strong appreciation for metrics-driven marketing programs.
Understands the basics of project management.
Is highly professional, adaptable, and shows exceptional judgment under any circumstance Is self-motivated, intellectually curious, collaborative, and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred and at least 2 years of relevant marketing analysis experience.
Experience working with financial products in a credit union or other financial institution is desirable.
Social media metric software and Google Analytics experience (AdWords or Tag Manager) or Google Academy Certification desired.
Proficiency in handling paid social campaigns.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must have highly developed analytical and organizational skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret marketing, business, and industry principles.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Strong ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILTY:
Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of marketing principles in mathematical, statistical, or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Troubleshooting knowledge and ability to problem solve.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
) Basic knowledge of analytical software (MCIF) is desirable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
