Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and technology recommended.
This is a part-time position (approximately 18-24 hours a week coming in daily for 4-5 hours).
We are willing to work around the schedule of the chosen candidate especially to accommodate a school schedule.

Job duties/responsibilities/expectations include:
answering phone, filing, data entry, scanning, copying assisting in hiring, human resources, and staff recruitment using excel, word, employee scheduling programmer to track staff hours/ performance able to put current systems into writing for easy to follow instructions assist and support staff as needed assist with purchasing, inventory, ordering process overseeing implementation of a new employee scheduling program and cloud system for all documents.
