Job Overview:
The Facility Manager's Assistant will help in maintaining the landscaping, building, and ground maintenance, and ensure both properties are clean and maintained for events.
Responsibilities:
Maintain landscaping including plant trimming, removal, and installation Maintain sprinkler irrigation, drip lines and landscape lighting Monitor tree health surrounding properties Manage weed control (weed spray and/or pulling weeds) Clean & maintain the main houses including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows, empty trash cans, etc.
(early mornings) Do event setup and cleanup including tables, chairs, and accessory equipment Maintain positive appearance of properties by pressure washing walkways and blowing leaves Complete additional tasks as needed by Manager Schedule:
Be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with adjusted hours based on events Be able to work 8-10 hour days (some days starting at 5am) Some days may be shorter depending on daily task amount Be on time, especially important on event days This position has the opportunity for long-term growth!
